He further honed his skills by completing his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, where he gained extensive knowledge and hands-on training in the field.
During his time in the U.S. Army, Dr. Marshall served with distinction, earning a commission in 2006 and serving until his honorable discharge in 2019. Throughout his military career, he demonstrated leadership and dedication, earning the respect of his colleagues and patients alike. Notably, Dr. Marshall also served as an oral surgery mentor in a post-doctorate residency program at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, where he guided and inspired future dentists.
